Baking on Boats v1.2

This collection of recipes, developed by a professional sailor and chef, aims to elevate the quality of boat cuisine. It comprises 52 dishes designed specifically for the constraints of small galley kitchens, typical of maritime settings.

Each recipe has been crafted in a traditional boat kitchen, equipped with a three-ring gas burner and a challenging, uneven-temperature gas oven. The selection also includes a variety of tools such as a blender and a sous vide device named “Simon,” to enhance culinary versatility under limited conditions.

The intention is to provide practical, reliable recipes that can be prepared onboard without requiring specialized equipment or large spaces. These dishes are suitable whether you are at sea or on land, bringing a touch of sunshine to your plate in any setting.
